Hi Nova,
I personally use Raven’s PFF tool a lot, but for music I have an alternative trick:
1).I use Windows Xbox game bar to record audio, in your case the Black Hawk Down soundtrack; which happens to be on youtube, at least the menu music
2).Open up/add the recording in Windows clipchamp
3).Edit the recording and export
4a).Either separate audio from video by opening and exporting the recording again, or convert it online from mp4 to wave
4b).Which website to use depends on your needs:
-to convert audio to wave with the correct ammount of Hertz that can be recognized by the game, I use AudioMass (free website). When exporting, choose “Mono” and “Wave 4411Hertz”
-to convert file types to other types, I use Convertio (free website)
Long story short: if your .sbf cannot be found, there are ways around to still find and use some Black Hawk Down music. I personally love this game as well as good old Task Force Dagger, so I sincerely hope your project will be a great success. Hopefully this info may help you on your way (a bit).
