Is there a fix for bypassing this error code/bypassing aw2’s cd key check before entering a server, please?

My problem is that I’m using a multiseat software (IBIK Aster) for gaming. Two users, one PC, two separate aw2 folders, but both refer to the one registry key.

Could it be possible for me to make the second game folder refer to a different cd key registry entry?

EDIT: I found that if I copy over the jointops.exe from the fully patched original game, and replace the jointops.exe in the aw2 folder with it, this fixes the GDCO12 error. However, some side effects I’ve noticed are the game crashing with sysdump when trying to change keyboard layout in game, and somethings (rarely) crashing with sysdump when exiting a mission/map.
Is there a better way, that would be more friendly on the no-crashing side of life for my multiseat software setup?
