The problem im having with my maps is that I cant get the enemy to shoot they just stand there.What am I missing?I use nile map editor.

Its been a long time since I played and built maps.Stupid question.How do I make the bad guys enemies?I go to the AI properties and the alert state window is empty I click on it and there is nothing to choose from and the same with the ADM window and the animation window.I make a map and the bad guys just stand there.HELP PLEASE and thank you.
